You can draft and send communications to investors. If an investor has provided an email address and chosen to receive emails, communications are sent via email. Otherwise, a PDF is generated for mailing to them. Communications also appear in the Investor centre for investors who have registered.
You can choose to send communications to individual investors, to all investors in a security, or to distribution lists which you create.
You can include attached files and a link to a video in your communications.
Certain actions you perform in the Issuer centre will automatically generate communications to investors. An inventory of those actions and associated communications is available here.
You can view a list of all communications that have been sent, all communications that are in draft state, and all communications that have been sent to individual investors. You can also manage any bounced emails or returned postal mail.
You can set outbound email preferences to require email messages to investors to be manually approved before sending. Or, you can turn on silent mode, if you don’t want to send communications via email.
