The Investors (Advanced) spreadsheet includes the complete set of information for each investor, including details for each associate of an investor, and is recommended for advanced users. See below for explanations and examples of the information required in the import file. (Note: you can scroll this table to the right to see all columns.)
The spreadsheet fields are arranged under column groups for different investor types. The following column groups apply to all investor types:
- Contact details
- Bank and DRP details
- Investor type
- Beneficially held
- Create holdings
Depending on the investor type, fields under the relevant column groups should be completed:
- Individual investors
- Companies
- Trusts with individual trustees
- Trusts with corporate trustees
Individual-type associates of investors, ie. Primary investors, joint investors, directors, beneficial owners and trustees, all share the same fields. For succinctness, refer to Primary investor below for explanations and examples for completing the fields for all individuals.
