Manage read-only access for a holding

The issuer centre allows you to grant someone read-only access to a holding. Users with read-only access will be able to view details about the holding, read communications, view transactions and download statements including dividend, distribution and tax statements.

Read-only users, if they are a registered user, will also be included in email communications that are sent to the registered primary user via email. The communications they will receive include:

  • Holding Statements / Share Certificates when a transaction occurs;
  • Dividend / Distribution statements when a payment is made;
  • Confirmation email when registration details are updated;
  • Any communications made through the communication centre

Adding a read-only user
