Set up billing details

Registry Direct offers a range of pricing plans to suit the needs of your business. Billing plans are managed per issuer under your account. Payments are made via direct debit using GoCardless.

To set up billing details for an issuer:

1. Select the issuer from the issuer dropdown in the top left navigation.
2. From the menu, go to Issuer and click on Billing details.
3. The range of available plans for that issuer will be displayed. Select a plan by clicking Choose plan below the relevant plan.
   
   1. For trusts, email us at registry@registrydirect.com.au to arrange a quote. Once the quote has been agreed on, go to step 4.
4. If you have an existing direct debit authorisation for an issuer under your account, you will be able to select those details to use. Choose the authorisation from the dropdown menu and click Save. The billing details for this issuer have been set up.
5. Otherwise, click Set up a new Direct Debit authorisation.
6. Enter the details for the account to be debited, and click Set up Direct Debit Request.
7. Check your details are correct and click Confirm. The billing details for this issuer have been set up.

To change billing details for an issuer:

1. Select the issuer from the issuer dropdown in the top left navigation.
2. From the menu, go to Issuer and click on Billing details.
3. Under Direct Debit details, your current direct debit authorisation will be displayed in a dropdown menu. If you have another existing direct debit authorisation under your account you wish to use, you can select it from the dropdown menu and click Save. The billing details for this issuer have been changed.
4. Otherwise, click Set up a new Direct Debit authorisation.
5. Enter the details for the account to be debited, and click Set up Direct Debit Request.
6. Check your details are correct and click Confirm. The billing details for this issuer have been changed.

To change pricing plans for an issuer:

1. Select the issuer from the issuer dropdown in the top left navigation.
2. From the menu, go to Issuer and click on Billing details.
3. The range of available plans for that issuer will be displayed. Select a plan by clicking Choose plan below the relevant plan and click Save.
