While the team continues to work on our next larger updates, the November releases included many smaller improvements and bug fixes, particularly for the offers and applications feature.
Offers and applications
- Fixed a bug where some investors created in the previous version of the application form were not converted to the new contacts structure.
- Fixed a bug where some applicants applying as a trust with individual trustees were not able to proceed past the Trustees step of the application form.
- Fixed a bug where an investor clicking the ‘Buy’ button in the Investor centre to access the application form was not able to proceed past the offer landing page.
- Fixed a bug where a warning was displayed that individual trustees had not supplied an accountant’s certificate, when only the primary investor was required to supply one.
- Fixed a bug where some applications were not being included in the export when using the ‘Export to XLS’ function in the Applications table.
- Fixed a bug in the application transcript where the investors designation was showing in the Investor details address field as well as the address.
- Fixed a bug where a user could not enter foreign bank details in the offer setup Payment method step due to the BSB field incorrectly being mandatory.
- Fixed a bug where a server error was encountered when exporting applications from the offer details page.
- In the previous version of the application form, if an investor selects ‘No’ for ‘Is Australia the investor’s country of residence for tax purposes?’, the question ‘Is the investor a resident of any other country for tax purposes?’ is now set to Yes and disabled.
Meetings
- Performance improvements have been made to ensure meetings with large numbers of investors open correctly.
Holder details
- In the Issuer centre and Investor centre holdings details, when adding a read-only user, users can now select to add the read-only user to all of the holder’s current and future holdings.
- In the Tax details tab, issuer users can now edit tax types which come from tax declarations.
Cap table
- Two additional columns have been added to the Cap table CSV export; ‘NAV price’, which shows the NAV price for the security class, and NAV value, which shows the balance multiplied by the NAV value.
Holding and periodic exit statements
- Issuers can now run Client centre holding statement reports without entering NAV prices for all securities.
- The ‘Custom range’ option has been removed from the periodic exit statement date range options and replaced with four more historical quarter options.
Issuer centre holder details page
- The buy button has been re-instated in the Issuer centre holder details page so that issuers may complete an application on the investors behalf. It has been moved inside the holding accordion.
Transaction import
- Capital call-type transactions for committed amount-type securities can now be imported.
- Fixed a bug where investors were duplicated in the investor sheet of the transaction import file, due to there being a hidden expired security of the same name.
Payments
- Issuers can now make payment file type payments for accrual type securities.
- Fixed a bug for an accrual-type payment where a forced DRP payment failed for one investor.
- Fixed a bug with payment rounding yielding an unexpected result due to the number of decimal places rounded.
Investor centre
- The ‘Buy’ button, linking investors to an application form to top-up their investment, has been removed from the Holder details page Holdings tab but retained in the Holdings page.
- On the Tax statements page:
- A column has been added called ‘Holder’, which links to the holder the tax statement is for.
- The Securities column had been listing all the securities the issuer generated the tax statement report for, now it lists only the securities the holder has holdings in.
Issuer centre contact book
- The Issuer centre contact book menu item is now displayed by default. It can be set to hidden in the Client centre Client profile page.
Transactions
- Fixed a regression bug that incorrectly showed an Edit button on capital call transaction details pages.
Workflow approvals
- Fixed a bug where an activity log was generated and request was made to approve a bank details change when no change had occurred. The request was incorrectly triggered by an investor submitting a top-up application.
Capital calls
- Fixed a bug when bulk processing capital calls where a decimal place was not able to be added to the ‘Amount per security’ input.
