You can set an Identity status for a contact from the contact detail page Verification section.

A contact’s identity can be verified either electronically using GreenID, or manually.

Once verification is complete, you can set the contact’s identity status:

  1. On the contact detail page, go to the Verification section Identity status module.
  2. Select a status from the radio options:
    • Compliance not determined
    • Compliant
    • Not compliant
  3. You can add supporting information to the status by clicking Add note:
    • Add a note to the text box.
    • You may upload a file.
    • Click Save.

The Identity status for a contact helps determine the Identity status of any holder with which the contact is associated.

You can see an overview of the Identity statuses for all contacts in your client database in the client centre AML/CTF verification centre.
