You can set up and manage annual and other general meetings, allowing your investors to appoint their proxy and direct their votes online.
Once a meeting is set up, your investors will be notified via email if they have an email address stored in their investor details and have elected to receive notice of meeting notifications via email. For investors that don’t have an email address stored or who have elected to receive notice of meeting notifications via post, a printable PDF is generated which can then be sent out via post.
You can access Meetings from the menu by going to Meetings, and then clicking on Meetings in the sub menu.
