You can set up and manage annual and other general meetings. This allows your investors to appoint their proxy and direct their votes online prior to the meeting occurring. Voting online can also be set to allow votes to be cast until the meeting is closed. This way you can can hold off closing the voting until the resolution has been explained and questions answered.
Issuers can also include a link to their video conferencing provider of choice (such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Skype) to facilitate the holding of virtual and hybrid meetings.
Once a meeting is set up, your investors will be notified via email if they have an email address stored in their investor details and have elected to receive notice of meeting notifications via email. For investors that don’t have an email address stored or who have elected to receive notice of meeting notifications via post, a printable PDF is generated which can then be sent out via post.
You can access Meetings from the menu by going to Meetings, and then clicking on Meetings in the sub menu.
