Last month we released improvements to our PEP and Watchlist verification, making it easier to sort investors by the date they were last screened. We also introduced accrual payments for company-type issuers, and a redesigned proxy form pdf for meetings.

Read about these and the rest of our February updates below.

Payments

  • Company-type issuers can now create Accrual-type payments. Selecting Accrual as the payment type in the payment setup sets the correct options for this type of payment and labels the payment as an accrual in the payments list view.

Capital calls

  • The payment methods for the capital call, including details for each method, are now displayed on the capital call report PDF.

AML/CTF verification

  • In the Client centre AML/CTF verification PEP and Watchlist table, issuers can now sort and filter the ‘Date last screened’ column by the following options:
    • Never screened
    • Screened 1-2 years ago
    • Screened more than 2 years ago
    • Custom range

Meetings

  • The proxy form pdf has been redesigned with a more compact layout and in keeping with current market conventions. Issuers can also choose to display resolutions in one column or two to aid in saving space.

General

  • User preferences for displaying the menu expanded or collapsed are now stored between sessions.

Holder details

  • Updated the wording of the TFN status to be clearer to issuers and  investors when tax information is required.
    • ‘TFN status’ has been renamed to ‘Australian TFN status’.
    • In the Holder details Tax details tab a new status has been added called ‘Not required (foreign resident for tax purposes)’.
    • In the Contact details Tax details section the status ‘Not sufficiently quoted has been changed to ‘Not quoted’ as this depends on the holder.
  • In the Payment instructions section of the Holder details page, when investors are not able to update their own bank details, more information has been added to tell the investor to contact the registrar of the issuer to update their payment instructions.
  • Fixed a bug with the Communications tab Sent date column sorting not working as expected. The default sort order is now by Sent date descending.
  • Fixed a bug which caused the Holder details Tax details tab in the Advisor centre to display as a blank page.

Holders

  • Issuer users can now create holder groups while the issuer is in preview mode, in addition to after the issuer is activated.

Holding statements

  • The issuer name is now included in the holding statement pdf filename, and the subject line of the email to investors confirming transactions.
  • Fixed a bug in the create holding statement form which caused the ‘Display profit/(loss)’ option to be shown twice.

Communications

  • Fixed a bug encountered on the Distributions page when clicking on the ‘Add distributions’ link which caused a blank page to be displayed.
  • Fixed a bug when generating communication to be posted where the street address was being used rather than the postal address.

Imports

  • Fixed a bug that caused imported investors in the Import details table to have the ‘Added’ status when they were not yet added, instead of the ‘Pending’ status.

Offers and applications

  • When an email is sent to applicants requesting an accountant’s certificate or wholesale certificate, we no longer list the contacts from the application who may provide the certificate, as issuers may want to receive a certificate in the name of a specific contact or entity.
  • Fixed a bug in the Application details Holder tab Advisor details which caused the link to the supplied Authority to Act documents to be missing.
  • Updated a couple of error messages in the application form to be more descriptive.

Contacts

  • Fixed a bug which caused archived contacts to sometimes be displayed in contact list tabs other than the archived tab.

All issuers table

  • Fixed a bug in the Client centre All issuers table which caused the Issuer column sort to not work.
