The Registry Direct platform allows you to manage multiple issuers using a single login. You can also add new issuers.
If you have access to multiple issuers when you login to the Issuer centre, you can see the name of the currently selected issuer in the top left navigation.
To switch to managing a different issuer:
- Click on the issuer name at the top left of the page.
- From the dropdown, you can switch to the issuer you’d like to manage.
To view information about all issuers you have access to, select the All Issuers option. This will bring up a table showing all issuers your login has access to. The columns in the table include:
- Emails pending approval
- Bounced emails
- Letters to be posted
- Payments pending
- Offer applications unpaid
- Offer applications paid (pending issue)
