To reset your password:
- Go to www.registrydirect.com.au/login.
- Click on Forgot password.
- Enter your Email address.
- Tick the I’m not a robot box to confirm you are indeed a real human. You may be asked to complete an additional challenge during this step to help confirm this. This is a security measure to help prevent malicious scripts from phishing for information.
- Click on Reset password.
- Select a phone number associated with your account from the dropdown. If there is no phone number associated with your account, you will be directed to call Registry Direct on 1300 55 66 35 (Australia) or +61 3 9020 7934 (International) to reset your password.
- Click on Submit.
- Check your phone for a text message with your new temporary password.
- Go to www.registrydirect.com.au/login and enter your email and your temporary password.
- On the next page enter your new password, confirm your new password and enter your old password (which is the the temporary password you just received in the text message).
