To reset your password:
- Go to www.registrydirect.com.au/login.
- Click on Forgot password.
- Enter your Email address.
- Click on Reset password.
- Select a phone number associated with your account from the dropdown. If there is no phone number associated with your account, email us at hello@registrtdirect.com.au to request we re-set your password.
- Click on Submit.
- Check your phone for a text message with your new temporary password.
- Go to www.registrydirect.com.au/login and enter your email and your temporary password.
- On the next page enter your new password, confirm your new password and enter your Temporary password (which is the password you just received in the text message).
