From the menu, go to Payments and click on Payments to see the list of payments.
The Payments list page shows all payments and displays their current status in the Progress column (either Draft, Unscheduled or Finalised). The Progress column also displays alerts for individual payments to investors that have been retained, and for investors who have updated their payment instructions, to help you handle failed payments.
From the payments list you can click on the Payment date to view the Payment details page for Unscheduled and Finalised payments (these are payments which have already been scheduled). From the Payment details page you can view, manage and track payments for each investor.
For Draft payments, clicking on the Payment date will take you back into the payment setup page.
You can delete a payment by clicking on the delete link next to the payment you wish to delete.
For scheduled payments, you can download:
- Individual payment CSV. This CSV file contains investor details, payment amounts and payment instructions for every payee. On the payment list, click the CSV link for the payment you want to view.
- Payment summary report PDF. This report shows a summary of the payment including a breakdown of the total payment per payment method. It includes an approval confirmation which can be signed and uploaded on the Payment details page.
