The lifecycle of a payment has four stages:

  1. Setting up the payment: Configure the date, rate, tax and other options for your payment.
  2. Review and scheduling of the payment: Check details and notify investors of your upcoming payment.
  3. Payment date actions: Pay your investors - generate an ABA file to use with your bank so that direct credit payments can be made to your investors, and generate statements for direct credit, DRP and cheque payments.
  4. Handling failed payments to investors: Manage incomplete and failed payments, once the payment date has passed.
