To add a new Individual or joint investor, go to Investors and click Add new investor.
Contact details step
- Enter the investor's contact details.
- Click Next.
Security class step
- Select the Security classes you want to allocate to the investor. Securities must have the same FATCA/CRS requirements to be added to the same investor.
- Click Next.
Investor details step
- Ensure Individual or joint is selected.
- Enter the details of the Primary investor:
- Title
- Legal first name
- Middle names
- Legal last name
- Date of birth
- Country of citizenship
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Address line 1
- Address line 2
- Suburb/City
- State
- Postcode
- Country
- You can attach an Accountant's certificate for the primary investor.
- Click on the Attach new file link.
- Find and select the file from your computer.
- If you have enabled investor verification in your issuer profile, you can provide extra AML/CTF information including:
- ID type
- ID number
- A certified copy of the ID. To attach a certified copy to the application:
- Click on the Attach new file link.
- Find and select the file from your computer.
- If you are adding a joint holder, click on Add another investor. You can add up to three joint holders.
- Click Next.
Tax details step
- Enter the investor's TFN or equivalent.
- If the security you are allocating this investor to is a unit trust you will need to fill out a Tax declaration as part of providing FATCA information.
- Click Next.
Bank details step
- Optionally enter the investor's bank details:
- Bank country
- Account name
- BSB
- Account number
- Dividend/Distribution reinvestment plan participation preference
- Click Next.
Confirmation step
- Review your new investor's details before confirming, and go back if you need to make any changes.
- Click on Create investor to create the new investor.
Additional Information:
- You can edit an existing investor’s details at any time after you have created them, in case you need to make an amendment to the details you entered when initially creating them.
