An email notification and attached holding statement will be generated for both the buyer and seller informing them of the details of the transaction.
You can also download a copy of the investor's holding statement.
Additional Information:
- If the buyer is a new investor to this security, you will need to add them as an investor first.
- If one or both of the investors don't have an email address stored in the system, or have chosen not to receive statements via email, an email notification will be sent to the issuer or registrar (depending on how your profile is configured). This email will include an attached holding statement, which can be printed and mailed to the investor(s) to inform them of the transfer.
