Capital structure overview

The capitalisation table allows you to view the capital structure of your securities, both by security class and by holder. 

To view the capitalisation table:

1. From the menu, go to Capitalisation and click Capitalisation table.
2. This will bring you to your capitalisation table.
• The By security class tab shows the capital structure by security class. Clicking the ‘+’ icon to the left of each row will expand the table rows to show investors for each security, and transactions for each investor. You can click through to see further details of individual securities, investors and movements.
• The By holder tab shows the capital structure by holder. Clicking the ‘+’ icon to the left of each row will expand the table rows to show holdings for each holder, and transactions for each holding. Click the security name to see the investor’s holding details for that security.

To view your capitalisation structure at a different point in time:

1. Select a new date from the Balance as at date picker at the top of the table.
2. The capitalisation table will update to reflect balance amounts as at your chosen date.

To view security details:

1. From the Capital structure table, select the By security class tab.
2. Click the security name to go to the Security details page. Here you can edit a security.

To view investor details:

1. From the Capital structure table, select the By security class tab.
2. Click the “+” icon to the left of the security name to expand the list of investors, then click the investor name to go to the Investor detail page.

Export to CSV or PDF:

1. Click the export button
2. Select Export CSV or Export PDF
