Contacts are the individuals and entities in your database and are used to make up a holder.
They can be shared between holders across all issuers in your client centre.

The contact book

You can access, search and filter all the contacts in your client database using the client centre contact book. Contacts can be added and duplicate contacts merged from the contact book as well.

Types of contacts

There are four types of contacts. Each type allows for data and verification methods specific to that type:

  • Individual
  • Company
  • Trust
  • Partnership

Contact detail page

The contact detail page is where all data for a contact can be viewed and edited:

  • Identification details
  • Associated holdings
  • Associated contacts
  • Tax details
  • Identity and other documents
  • Source of wealth
  • Verification

Verifying contacts

Each contact’s contact detail page has a verification section for managing the verification of the contact. See this article for more information about verification. The client centre AML/CTF verification centre gives you an overview of the verification status of all the contacts in your client database.
