The investor centre allows you to grant someone read-only access to a holding. Users with read-only access will be able to view details about the holding, read communications, view transactions and download statements including dividend, distribution and tax statements.
Read-only users will also be included in email communications that are sent to you via email. The communications they will receive include:
- Holding Statements / Share Certificates when a transaction occurs;
- Dividend / Distribution statements when a payment is made;
- Confirmation email when registration details are updated;
- Any communications made through the communication centre
Note: Read-only users will not receive a copy of the Notice of meeting email as this contains a unique link that should only be accessed by the investor user.
