From the Issuer centre it's possible to store general documents that can be viewed by selected  investors.

From the Issuer menu, select Issuer documents. The Issuer document page displays a list view of all the documents that have been uploaded.

To add a new document:

  1. Click on + Add document
  2. Add a title
  3. Add a description
  4. Upload a file
  5. Select who will be able to view the document, by selecting securities. Only holders in this security will be able view the document. Check all securities to make it available to holders of all security classes 
  6. Select which investors in the above security classes will be able to view the document. You can:
    • include all investors
    • exclude some investors
    • manually add investors
  7. Click to Save the document

To edit or delete a document return to the documents list view, by selecting the Issuer menu, then Issuer documents. From here use the edit and delete links for each document.

Investors can view the documents from the Investor centre, by clicking on the Documents menu item.
