The Contact book allows you to view and search all contacts for a client group. From the contact book, you can access the contact detail page for a contact, add a new contact, and merge contacts.
To access the contact book, from the client centre menu, go to Contacts.
The contact book organises the contacts in tabs for the following categories:
- All
- Individuals
- Companies
- Trusts
- Partnerships
To access a contact’s contact detail page from the contact book:
- Locate the contact in the contact book by filtering or sorting the contact tables.
- Click the view/edit button in the contact’s row to go to their contact detail page.
