Combining BGL CAS 360 and Registry Direct gives you the tools you need to meet your compliance obligations.
Our new integration feature enables you to import your BGL data into Registry Direct and perform automatic reconciliations, allowing you to take advantage of both the BGL CAS 360 and Registry Direct platforms while maintaining synchronised data.
In particular, for unlisted and listed public companies using BGL, Registry Direct’s platform facilitates the provision of TFN and AIIR reports to the Australian Tax Office, holding shareholder meetings, and calculating resident and non-resident withholding tax for dividend payments—each a legal requirement for public companies. In addition, Registry Direct offers many more registry features not covered by BGL.
For Registry Direct users, the integration enables access to CAS 360’s additional compliance features, such as preparing board minutes, creating and lodging ASIC forms, using e-signature technology for audit control, and all the other great features offered by BGL.
This combination creates a complete compliance and share registry solution.
