If you have forgotten your password:
- Go to www.registrydirect.com.au/login.
- Click on Forgot password?.
- Enter your email address and tick the I'm not a Robot box.
- Click on Reset password.
- This will take you to a new page with the heading Forgotten password. Select a phone number associated with your account from the drop down.
- Click on Submit.
- Check your phone for a text message with your new temporary password.
- Go to www.registrydirect.com.au/login and enter your email address and your temporary password.
- On the next page enter your old password (the one you received in your text message), enter your new password and confirm your new password.
- Click Submit.
- Once you save your new password, an automated email will be sent to your registered email address. Once received, click on the green verify password change box to complete this process.
