Client centre
Client centre users may belong to the following permissions roles:
- Client admin users may perform all functions in the Client centre. They have admin access to all issuers in the client group.
- Read only users may only view data.
- No client access. Users cannot access the Client centre.
Only Client centre admin users can change/remove Client centre user permissions.
Issuer centre
Issuer centre users may belong to the following permissions roles:
- Admin users may perform all functions in the Issuer centre.
- Read only users may only view data, or they may also be granted the following additional permissions:
- Meeting administrator. Users can create and open meetings, and edit votes once a meeting is open.
- Manage investor groups and VIP alerts. Users can create, edit and delete investor groups, and add VIP categories and create VIP alerts.
Only Client centre admin users and Issuer centre admin users can change/remove Issuer centre user permissions.
