How do I do an off-market transfer?

To perform an off-market transfer:

  1. Download a standard transfer form;
  2. Complete the form;
  3. Have the form signed by both the seller and the buyer;
  4. Return the form (and any supporting documentation) to the firm that is acting as the registrar for the issuer.  The registrar may be the issuer, their accountant or lawyer or Registry Direct.  To check who the registrar is for the issuer, click on the "Contact" section in the Investor Centre menu.
