To add a new Trust or Super Fund with Corporate Trustee investor:
- Go to Investors and click Add new investor.
- Select the Security to confirm the where the new investor will be created, if you only have the one Security you will be directed straight to the Investor Creation page.
- Ensure the Trust/Super Fund with Corporate Trustee box is selected.
- Enter the Trust/Super Fund details:
- Trust type
- Corporate trustee name
- Full name of the Trust or Super Fund
- ABN
- Country of tax residency
- Tax identification number
- Address line 1
- Address line 2
- Suburb
- State
- Postcode
- Country
- If the security you are allocating this investor to is a unit trust, you will need to provide extra FATCA requirements by attaching one of the following:
- Evidence of a search of the ASIC, ATO or relevant regulator’s website.
- The legislation (or relevant extract) establishing the government super fund that’s sourced from a government website.
- A certified copy or certified extract of the trust deed.
- To attach a file:
- Click on the Attach file link.
- Find and select the file from your computer.
- Add the names of the Directors of the company:
- Title
- Given names
- Surname
- Click on Add another director to add as many directors as needed.
- Click Next.
- Optionally, enter the Main contact’s details:
- Full name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Click Next.
- If the security you are allocating this investor to is a unit trust you will need to fill out a Tax declaration step as part of providing FATCA information.
- Enter the investors Bank details:
- Bank country
- Account name
- BSB
- Account number
- Click Next.
- Click on Create investor to create the new investor.
Additional Information:
- You can edit an existing investor’s details at any time after you have created them, in case you need to make an amendments to the details you entered when initially creating them.
